When: Two Friday - Sunday weekends in July in conjunction with the Exeter Independence Days July 9th 12 – 6, July 10th and 11th 12 – 4 July 16th 12 – 4, July 17th 10 – 4, July 18th 12 – 4 Where: in the beautiful light and airy upstairs gallery of the Historic Old Exeter Town Hall Requirements: ? Limited to three original works ? all work properly labeled on back with artist’s name, address, title, medium, and price ? work must be framed and ready to hang by wire or pedestal ready for 3-D works ? up to 12 additional unframed pieces may be displayed in free standing portfolios provided by the artist for an additional $5.00 fee. Entry Fee: $10.00 (checks payable to Seacoast Artist Assoc.) if registered by June 30th $20.00 if registered the day of day of drop-off. No pre-registration necessary for unframed works Sales: 10% commission on all sold work will be retained by SAA to go towards the Scholarship Fund. Checks will be mailed to artists within 30 days of the close of the show. Drop Off Date: Wednesday July 7th from 3:30 – 6 Pick Up date: Sunday July 18th 3 – 5 (art cannot be stored after this time) Opening Reception to be held Friday July 9th from 3 – 6 when awards will be announced..
